With your permission we can remotely access your computers over the internet, see the problem and fix it. Over 90% of issues can be resolved remotely, but for the 10% that cannot, we can usually arrange an onsite visit within hours.

Adhoc support
Sometimes flexibility is as important as quality. If you have a small business and would like IT support on a pay as you go basis we can still help.
