Power Automate makes it possible for you, for example, to receive a text message saying someone important has emailed you, previously you would have had to continuously refresh them.

Let us take a look at this in more detail.

For example, when someone tweets about your company it is essential you at least show recognition that you have seen the tweet in a timely manner – sometimes this is not possible with our busy work days. Power Automate makes it possible to set up a flow that follows them, sends a reply, and also adds their details to a spreadsheet that gets emailed over to you automatically for your approval. It will also insert their details into your sales channel for future contact. In this example Power Automate helps you to keep your company reputation at a high standard by minimising delay in responding, and so giving you more time to reply in person as necessary.

Power Automate also makes it possible for you to manage approvals on the go on your phone, by email, or on the web. The approval process works with data in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Twitter, and over 100 other services.

Power Automate allows for more effective time management by taking the strain of the more monotonous tasks for you. It also means you are not wasting money paying employees for doing tasks below their pay grade; they can spend their time being productive with the help of technology.

 

How does it work?
