How this website uses data

Net Platforms uses first-party systems to operate the website and understand how it is used. Optional analytics events are sent only when the matching consent choice is present.

Information submitted through the enquiry form, together with permitted campaign attribution, is handled as Net Platforms website data so the team can review and respond to the enquiry.

The AI discovery questionnaire is another enquiry route. It records the information you choose to provide so Net Platforms can understand your processes, discuss suitable improvements, and respond to your enquiry.

What may be collected

When analytics consent is provided, the website may send first-party events such as page views, service-page views, support CTA clicks, review-profile clicks, and form-friction signals to the Net Platforms API.

These measurement records are limited to event names, page paths, consent state, anonymous identifiers, and small context fields. They are not designed to collect passwords, payment details, or sensitive form values.

We retain stored first-party website analytics and consent records for 365 days, then remove them through our scheduled retention process.

AI discovery questionnaire and saved progress

Before the questionnaire opens, we ask for your name, phone number, company name, and email address, and require you to acknowledge this privacy information. After that acknowledgement, those details and your questionnaire answers are autosaved to Net Platforms' server as you progress so an unfinished response can be restored in the same browser.

We keep an unfinished draft for 30 days after its last activity. It then expires and is removed through the server retention process. When you submit, the response becomes a protected enquiry record and is retained under the applicable Net Platforms enquiry and business-records policy.

Submitted responses are kept only for as long as needed to respond to and manage the enquiry and meet applicable legal or business-record obligations. They are then deleted or anonymised through the Net Platforms retention process.

Questionnaire notifications and safe answers

Submitting the questionnaire can send the Net Platforms team a notification that a protected enquiry is ready for review. The full questionnaire answers remain in the protected system and are not included in the notification email.

Please do not enter passwords, access tokens, private keys, payment details, or other secrets. Avoid including health information or other special-category personal data, or any personal information that is not needed to explain the business process being discussed.

Third-party tools

A configured Google Tag Manager container can load only after the matching analytics or marketing choice. Any GA4 or Google Ads tags inside that container must respect the same choice. Microsoft Clarity and similar behaviour or visitor-intelligence tools are not currently used on this site.

Your choices

You can reject optional tracking, allow analytics, or allow analytics and marketing signals from the cookie banner where those controls are enabled. Necessary storage is used only for core site operation, saving your preference, and securely maintaining a questionnaire session and its saved progress.

Questionnaire progress does not depend on optional analytics or marketing consent. Any marketing choice is separate from the privacy acknowledgement required to save and submit the enquiry.
